All that and a bag of rice

Tomorrow is National Day. The holiday that celebrates the founding of the People's Republic of China. So, starting this weekend, it's a national holiday. Like I said, there's no school next week and just like in the US at holiday times, there are big sales on electronics. So, we decided to seize the moment and buy a TV... A big one. Tom has been researching, of course, and went back today to buy one. He bargained and in the end, bought a 42 inch tv, a dvd player and the sound system and stand to hang it on the wall when we move back to the US. When all was said and done, they told him that a special offer granted him a special gift with his purchase. You guessed it... a 20 pound bag of rice.
